Salary - £25,000 – £30,000, OTE £40,000 -£50,000, car allowance

Our client is a leading independent agent who has four offices within the Hertfordshire area since 1990, a fantastic opportunity has arisen in their Stevenage office for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer overseeing 1 other negotiator.
The ideal candidate will be a well presented, dynamic with ambition to progress in their career. Candidates must be results focussed, self-motivated and someone who can provide exceptional customer service. Previous Estate Agency / Valuation experience is essential, along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities. Ideal candidates will be motivated and driven.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an already successful office.

The role will involve:
* Qualifying potential buyers
* Identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties
* Viewing properties & negotiating offers
* Liaising with solicitors and mortgage brokers
* Delivering the highest levels of customer service to buyers and sellers.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Industry experience
* Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
* The ability to negotiate
* Sound business ethics
* Tenacity and be a self-starter
* The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
