Job DescriptionThe RoleResponsible for delivering against sales targets for: new logo customers, referrals developed through partner ecosystem and selected names existing customers. Business Development responsibilities include developing strong relationships and connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to deliver the sales experience.Key Responsibilities:Generation of revenue form new business customers.Achieve all KPI's.Ownership of individual strategic sales plans that feed into the overall sales strategy and report back to the Sales Director regularly.Engage in strategic relationships with customers to assure the realisation of the services and to add to additional service revenue.Collaborate with sales, engineering and marketing teams to develop the sales pipeline.Annual creation of a written sales plan to meet the business objectives laid out.Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Develop trusted advisor relationships with new business accounts, stakeholders and executive sponsors.Always represent the company with honesty, integrity and in the best interests of the organisation.Compliant with all of the company's policies and processes relating to information security and quality management.Protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all of the company's own clients, staff, suppliers and information assets.Strive to enhance customer satisfaction continually.Work with the senior management team, directors and other employees on compliance and certifications as the business may demand and ensure that work is carried out in the business in line with those standards.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will have:10 years of experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.A solid understanding and experience of working within an MSP.Fluid articulation and knowledge pf the services of the company.Impressive depth of understanding of the target market for the new logo business including Financial Services, Legal and Accountancy.Been a keen team player and be able to show that they have made a difference to the business they work in.A confidence to present and manage upwards (internally and externally).Personal Qualities:Ability to multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and priorities.Be highly organised and be able to maximise opportunities and time.Ability to learn quickly and share knowledge.Ability to priorities workload to ensure that team targets are met.If you are looking to join a team who work on genuinely exciting new business projects then this is the role for you.
