It's an event you won't want to miss!Overview:We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join their Sales department. As part of an award-winning operator in the late-night bar scene, the role involves managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, conducting venue site visits, and working on proactive sales initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in hospitality, a strong interest in cocktail bars and nightlife, proficiency with the Access Collins Booking System, and excellent communication and administrative skills.Responsibilities:Managing and responding to incoming customer enquiriesResponding to customer queries with excellent customer service skillsTelephone and venue diary managementWork on proactive sales and upselling initiativesConduct venue site visitsFollow up on potential sales leadsWork to pre-determined pre booked sales targets as set by the businessAlways act as an ambassador of the brandsSkills / Experience Required:A strong interest in cocktail bars and nightlife1 years’ sales experience, ideally hospitality sales.Ideally proficient experience with Access Collins Booking System.Experience working in hospitality. Ideally at least one year.Strong administration and IT skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsNightcap is an award-winning operator in the late-night bar scene.
