Senior Sales & Events Planner

Job Description
Salary- £40 - £45k plus bonus
The Company:
The client is a high end caterer who work across many of the leading venues in the city including UVL spaces, museums, galleries, historic venues and more.
The Role:
As Sales & Events Planner you will be responsible for leading the event from the initial enquiry through to the planning stages before handing this over to the operations team to run on the day.
Duties include:
Responding to enquiries and sending bespoke quotations
Meeting with clients to discuss their event
Liaising with venues
Attending site visits at multiple venue sites in the city
Arranging tastings and decor
Hiring of kit including other decor such as table centres/furniture etc (as required)
The Candidate:
Ideally you will have worked for a contract caterer or venue before and will have an excellent knowledge of how events run. They would love someone who also has a passion for food and creative flair when it comes to event decor
