Senior Sales Engineer Location: Witney, Oxfordshire Salary : £35,000 base with OTE Benefits: 23 days holidays plus Bank HolidaysJob DescriptionSyntech Recruitment are currently working with a long standing client who are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join their established team. You will be working alongside the Sales Director to meet annual sales targets, work with the marketing team to plan and arrange exhibitions and shows and to visit clients on a monthly basis. Duties and Responsibilities Develop products through insights from market and customer buying behavioursDefining the key features and requirements of the product based on customer preferences Managing the sales and marketing budgetsCreating project timeline and implementation schedulesWeekly and monthly reportsConducting competitor research to learn more about customer requirementsIdentifying and approaching potential distributorsDeveloping global sales strategies Product launchesPricing, product margins and growth About you2 years plus in technical sales and marketingKnowledge of Sage 200 would be an advantageExperience in Cryogenics would be very usefulGood communication and written skills Application Process: We aim to respond to all applicants within 5 working days.
