Whilst you will have direct responsibility for a sales team, you will possess leadership credentials to align your strategy across core UiPath GTM functions and eco system of partners.What you'll do at UiPathOperate in harmony with our values: Humble, Bold, Immersed, and FastDevelop and execute a GTM strategy for Retail, Telco and Utilities (RTU) industries, to achieve a sustainable sales growth plan that aligns with the company growth objectivesExecute growth strategy, by managing a direct sales team with a focus on Strategic Account Development to deliver transformational customer impact within the 70 largest organisations across RTU UKICoordinate strategy across all core UKI GTM functions, to deliver cross function integration and high performance execution of your Industry GTM growth plan Communicate and align RTU strategy across the UiPath Eco System of GSI's, Focus Partners, Technology and Academic alliances to enhance customer impact through domain knowledge, innovation and capacityBecome the Industry evangalist for RTU in UKI, and represent UiPath's differentiated AI driven Automation thought leadership through Industry events and PR opportunities Create a culture of high performance, with a focus on measurable talent development, inclusion, wellbeing, fun and representing UiPath values in every interaction with customers, partners and colleagues  Remain at leading edge of a fast paced innovative in AI/Automation to ensure UiPath provide thought leadership to impact our customers mission critical business challenges today and tomorrow Head-up monthly & quarterly business review cadence with account sponsors, to track progress on priorities and targetsEstablish reference accountsEnsure a psychologically safe environment for your team, based on the servant leadership principleWhat you'll bring to the teamExtensive experience building, managing and coaching a high performing enterprise sales team and creating a winning cultureIn depth knowledge of the Retail, Telco and Utilities sector allowing you to be the public face of UiPath within the industryAbility to define and execute industry Go To Market strategyDemonstrable track record of hitting and exceeding sales targetsExtensive experience working in a value driven sales environmentExperience providing executive sponsorship on strategic, complex, and competitive opportunities; immersed, customer facing, and in a solution-oriented capacityExcellent analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiencesThe skill to build, manage, and nurture relationships at senior executive level, both internally and externallyProven success in structuring and closing multi-million-dollar dealsWillingness to travel (40% to 60%) of time, as required, for customer engagementsExperience of adopting rigorous sales methodologies ensuing accurate forecastingMaybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job?
