Job Description
We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded Real Estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Sales Consultant to join their team in St John's Wood.

As Senior Sales Consultant must be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and a notable track record in Residential Estate Agency Sales. It is essential you are self-motivated and enjoy working autonomously, you must be able to prove your ability to build professional relationships with buyers and sellers, as well as ensure targets are being hit.
As Senior Sales Consultant, you will receive the following:
£30,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary
Commission + Company Car or Car Allowance
£80,000 + OTE
As Senior Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Day-to-day management of buyers including generating and conducting viewings.
Obtaining offers, pitching for new business, vendor, and purchaser management, and constant client care.
Handling enquiries generated from the internet, telephone, and walk-ins, in a professional manner.
