My client is a leading luxury property developer are seeking a Senior Sales Consultant to join the team working on a prime high development in London selling their luxury apartments. In this role you will consult with the customer to investigate their requirements for the property and present them with the options that exceed their needs all the time providing them with a world class service. They are seeking an experienced and passionate sales professional who ideally has exposure to the construction / property industry.
Role and Responsibilities:To guide sales consultants on the best way to sell to actively promote collaborative working to achieve best practice engagement across the entire teamConducting viewings both in person and virtuallyGenerate potential sales leads by liaising with agents and following up with potential customersProgress reservations through to exchangeEnsure all compliance is forms are competed to exchange and liaise with solicitors to ensure there are no delaysAttend weekly sales meeting and action new marketing ideasAttend networking eventsCreate and present marketing videos on the development to be sent out on all social channelsTo effectively manage a sales database to optimise sales opportunities and checking they are correct Essential Skills:Experienced in customer facing sales rolesExperience in selling high end productsConstruction /property experience is desirable but not essentialExcellent relationship building skills and questioning techniquesPersonable and professionalStrong administration and IT skills Package:Basic salary £32,000 to £40,000OTE £60,000 - £65,000Working 3 weekends per month but will receive two days back in lieu in the weekTeam commission25 days holidayPensionWorking with the leading brand in the industry Sales Consultant / Leading Luxury Property Developer / London / Basic £32,000 - £34,000 OTE £65,000
