ALAÏA Senior Sales Associate (New Bond Street)
(Permanent, Full-time)
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As an ambassador for Alaia, you have to achieve sales in line with the ambitions of the Boutique and ensure that every Client has an exceptional and unique experience by providing the highest standards of service. A key focus for the team is CRM activity and cultivating a loyal client-base for both the brand and boutique. You need to be proactive about nurturing genuine customer relationships and developing a successful client book.
Working within the flagship boutique, KPI's & sales targets are of the upmost significance. Having the ability to work both individually and as a team will be of great importance when trying to achieve sales within a competitive retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reach targets in line with ALAÏA commercial strategy and sales ceremony
Establishes action plans and strategies to increase and develop your client base - upgrade high potentials and regain lost clients
Efficiently develops the client portfolio, notably through networking outside the Boutique and having hunting in mind all the time
Asking open questions to engage clients to talk, listening to their needs and getting the right information to make the sale in order to ensure clients return
Participates in client events as well as high ticket client events and/or actions
Resolves client issues when they arise by promptly investigating the opportunities and root causes, proposing solutions and escalating to hierarchy potential roadblocks and recommendations in order to drive excellence in client service
Taking part actively in team meetings, events, regular inventory counts and all daily operations as required
Respecting and ensuring the highest standards of Visual Merchandising in line with the Boutique guidance
Participate in management of cashier duties to complete a sale
Maintaining an excellent level of product knowledge, understanding products and trends, collections to tell the story of ALAÏA

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
A minimum of 3 years prior experience in Luxury Fashion / Accessories
RTW orientated (experience in Haute Couture is advantageous)
Experience in pinning a dress to assist with alterations is a plus
Strong sales techniques and clientelling - must have a strong client base
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and email is required
