Senior Risk Manager is sought by an established Lloyds Market Insurer. The business are going through exciting Technology Change and Transformation and the need to strengthen their Security and Risk team is of great importance.

As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be working with the Group Risk Director and provide support to the business's Risk Strategy focusing on Information Security. You will be involved in defining frameworks related to Business Continuity and Data Privacy and ensure the management of risk from both internal and external threats. You will be expected to manage/lead team members and provide core mentoring and coaching of less experienced individuals.

You will have strong industry knowledge and show previous experience within the Lloyds Insurance Market. This is a hybrid role with an expectation or 2-3 days on-site in London.

Role:

• Support the Group director to deliver a appropriate Risk Management including advisory of frameworks
• Identify and review of emerging risks
• Support all departments within the business to manage their risks
• Direct line management of team of 4
• DevelopInfosec, Data Privacy and BC/DR frameworks
  • Deliver best fit strategies for continuous improvements of Risk and Security
• Manage all Risk and Controls assessments
• Ensure Senior Level Management are updated on Risk profile and deliver assurance activities
• Support the Group IT to implement key security controls and testing
• Partake and lead the Information Security Forum
• Point of contact for Regulatory bodies - e.g. FCA, ICO - update the bodies on Infosec and Privacy strategy

• Lloyds/London market Experience - ESSENTIAL
• Information Security Background
  • CISSP
  • CISM
  • CRISC
  • ISO27001
• Threat and Vulnerability Management
• Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
• Technical Security
  • Application Security, Network Security, System Security etc
• Cloud - any experience around threats associated with Cloud technology
