Construction/Utilities Location: Warwick 2 days a week with the rest from homeSalary: £60,000 - £72,000 + 6% bonus, up to 18% pension, 28 days holiday and moreThis is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a business and shape the area how you see fit. This company are a standalone business, recently separated from a multinational utility company, so it’s a unique opportunity to progress quickly and make this role your own.This role is to manage and develop the project’s risk profile and contingency to the appropriate level of detail. You will be accountable for the development of the risk strategy and methodology and work with the project team to identify the available information and the gaps to define what is needed to improve the quality of the available data, defining the risks and produce the risk registers and contingency.A typical day would look like:Reporting to Cost Manager on risk delivery.Being the technical expert and Senior Lead in risk methodologies.Managing & undertaking the major projectsWorking with senior level stakeholders both internally & externally.Managing risk processes and procedures to current standards.Identifying gaps in the available information that is essential for project cost estimation and risk.Track progress and manage the relevant governance reviews an sign offs.Collaboration with the wider team to establish the project baseline (scope, programme, cost estimate and contingency).So If you have:Ability to interpret technical & cost informationExperience in running risk workshopsExperience in the production of risk registersProblem SolvingThen we want to speak with you – and so will they.We are more than happy to send you a full spec or sing their praises over a brief call - just let us know what you prefer.
