The main goal of this Senior Risk Analyst role is to bolster the Enterprise Risk Management team by establishing and fortifying a robust risk management framework within our expanding company. Additionally, it aims to nurture a culture that prioritises heightened risk awareness across the entire organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for a Risk Analyst looking to take that next step or an experienced Senior Risk Analyst to take advantage of the exposure and clear pathway to become a Risk Manager.Responsibilities:Assist in crafting and integrating all facets of the risk management framework, collaborating closely with the ERM Risk ManagerPlan and supervise data collection for the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) report, contributing to its final productionCoordinate the quarterly risk and control self-assessment process, including evaluating controls and supporting review workshops with Risk and Control Owners.Facilitate the reporting of risk incidents and maintain the Risk Incident Register, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and implementation of follow-up actions.Support comprehensive investigations identified by the Enterprise Risk Management team.Aid in identifying, analysing, and reporting on new and emerging risks.Contribute to crafting risk management reports for internal Committees and Board(s).Offer proactive risk management guidance for major initiatives and projects.Foster relationships with key stakeholders (Actuarial, Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance teams) to ensure a comprehensive understanding and review of ORSA requirements within the enterprise risk management framework.Support the development and maintenance of the risk management system.Provide responsive support and address requests from the Head of ERM and ERM Risk Manager.Requirements:Profound expertise in Enterprise Risk Management with a proven track record of successful implementation.Previous experience in insurance sector is a must!Ability to cultivate and maintain productive relationships across the organisation.Exceptional attention to detail.Demonstrated strong work ethic consistently meeting strict deadlines.Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.For more information, please feel free to reach out via email:
