Harvey Sutton is currently working with this leading consulting firm in the the search for a Senior Reward Associate to join their expanding team of Reward Consultants providing insightful solutions and advisory services to clients. Working under the guidance of a manager, you will be responsible for ensuring consulting projects meet the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. Other key responsibilities will include:Developing reward strategies, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and in compliance with legal requirements.Assisting clients in establishing and maintaining global pay transparency by developing equitable compensation structures that align with market benchmarks and the organisation’s compensation philosophy, ensuring consistency across different regions and compliance with local laws and cultural expectations. Conducting comprehensive job evaluations and preparing detailed job descriptions that align with our clients' business objectives and human resources strategies.Supporting in the development of strategic communication plans and training for managers and HR teams to effectively convey compensation.Designing and implementing benefits programmes tailored to the specific needs of clients, considering factors such as industry trends, employee demographics, and budget constraints.Managing client on-boarding processes, including the collection and analysis of necessary data, setting up appropriate communication channels, and ensuring all stakeholders are adequately informed.Overseeing the quality and risk management aspects of client services, identifying potential issues proactively and implementing mitigation strategies.Acting as primary contact for clients and maintaining strong professional relationships.Presenting reports and recommendations to clients, clearly articulating findings, and advising on best practices and innovative solutions.Keeping abreast of legislative changes, industry developments, and best practices in reward to provide informed advice to clients.Assisting in business development by identifying opportunities for additional client engagements and supporting proposal development.Mentoring junior staff, providing them with guidance and support.Requirements for the role:Proven experience in the areas of Total Reward strategy, including remuneration framework development, benefits design, and implementation (ideally from a previous consulting position but in-house reward experience will also be considered)Strong client relationship building skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsGood academics
