As a Senior Revit MEP Coordinator, you will take on a pivotal role in stage 5 coordination of MEP systems, particularly in the realm of new build and modular data centres. This position offers a challenging yet rewarding environment, providing the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and shape the future of construction.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead and execute stage 5 coordination for MEP systems within new build and modular data centre projects.

  • Utilize Revit MEP for clash detection, resolution, and overall coordination.

  • Collaborate closely with project teams, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs.

  • Demonstrate expertise in BIM360 and Cobie to enhance project workflows.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of MEP coordination.



Qualifications:




  • Proven experience in stage 5 coordination of MEP systems.

  • Expertise in using Revit MEP for clash detection and resolution.

  • In-depth knowledge of new build and modular data centre projects.

  • Proficiency in BIM360 and Cobie.

  • Strong communication and leadership skills.



Requirements:




  • Full-time in-office availability (after probation, hybrid working may be considered).

  • Ability to lead and coordinate MEP systems in a collaborative team environment.

  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project challenges.
