Job DescriptionChambers London are pleased to be working with a global professional services firm that has seen exponential growth, especially in the UK and Europe and is seeing a continued upward trajectory and this will be an exciting time for a Senior Revenue Manager to join this global firm. Location: London, UKLooking after: London and EuropeanThe Senior Revenue Manager will play a pivotal role in executing and leading the billing processes at their London office. Responsibilities include generating invoices, ensuring accuracy, tax and SRA compliance, and communicating effectively with attorneys and clients regarding billing requirements and issues. Key Responsibilities: -Lead billing processes and ensure accuracy in all invoices generated - Ensure compliance with tax and SRA regulations - Communicate effectively with attorneys and clients on billing matters - Maintain complete and accurate billing records - Drive continuous improvement in revenue management processes· Ensure smooth, accurate and efficient running of the Revenue Function including invoicing, collection and meeting with partners· Establish an awareness of and record information relating to the lifecycle and financial performance of matters. Use this information to proactively help drive cash flow and margin· Manage, develop and conduct annual appraisals for the team· Ensure the Billing team comply with the firm’s accounting policies and procedures· Manage the work flow for the team and ensuring the work load is to a high standard· Prepare WIP/AR reports and arranging review meetings with Partners and fee earners · Produce monthly forecasting reports, resulting in monthly billing and collections targets· Process transfers of time/costs, narrative amends, time divides, write-offs and credit notes· Ensure all billing instructions and client billing details are updated on matters· Deal with all aspects of e-billing across various platforms, ensure matters are set up and prepared for e-billing processes correctly· Matter maintenance, including closing files where WIP is no longer recorded· Liaise with and build direct relationships with clients where applicable· Carry out basic training sessions for members of the team· Support Global Revenue and the broader Global Finance Team · Support the Director of Finance in driving development and continuous improvement The ideal candidate will:
-Bachelors degree/higher education-Proficiency in revenue software management software-Demonstrate in interest in analysing and presenting -Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in Billing role with some leadership or management experience -A desire to want to manage
