SA Surveying are working in partnership with an Energy Consultancywho are looking to recruit a Senior Retrofit Coordinatoron a permanentbasis, based in Sutton.This fast-growing business worksclosely with major energy companies, network operators andlocalauthorities to provide solutions inenergy efficiency and fuelpoverty programmes across the UK. The companyis currently carrying outRetrofit Coordination via the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund andare looking for a Senior Coordinator to manage client relationshipsand complete projects from inception to completion.The builtenvironment professionals responsible for facilitating, managing anddelivering retrofit work to the PAS 2035 standard are RetrofitCoordinators and ensure compliance with the procurement,specification, and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofitprojects, essentially guiding the decision-making process protectingthe resident or homeowners interest from survey to handover. OurSenior Retrofit Coordinator role takes responsibility for all aspectsof complying with PAS2035 for internal projects as well as providingservices to external clients.The role of a Senior Coordinatorwill involve leading projects from the front and liasing a lot morewith Directorsand Asset Managers. They are responsible for making sureall projects are on track and running smoothly, finding solutions fortheir team when needed.The duties of a Retrofit Coordinatorinclude:Undertaking and/or supervising RetrofitCoordination and Assessment of Domestic dwellings under multipleconcurrent PAS 2035 projects, including setting of targets, riskmanagement, and budget control.Liasing with Directors andAsset ManagersHolding update meetings with Retrofit teams toensure work is being carried out effectivelyManaging andassisting the team to help keep projects on trackPrepareand/or commission PAS 2035 complaint surveys and documentationincluding risk assessments and medium-term plans for domesticdwellings, effectively capturing all required information.Monitoring, evaluating and administering projects, conductingregular review meetings and events as prescribed in grant awarddocumentation to meet needs of each consortium and funding bodies.Responding to communication from customers in a timely mannerand in a manner that builds customer loyalty and company reputationLiaise with Retrofit professionals including Coordinators,Assessors, Advisors, Designers and Installers, and residents asnecessary, including occasional site visits.The idealcandidate will have:Qualified Retrofit Coordinator with aLevel 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.Experience in Retrofit Coordination in the Built EnvironmentAbility to effectively manage a fast-paced team.Able to make decisions effectively, using either ownknowledge or available data.Should possess good analyticaland presentation skills- written and verbal,including advanced use ofspreadsheets.Experience in managing internal and externalstakeholders.Knowledge of PAS2030, PAS2035 and anysubsequent revisions of the Standard.They will ideallybe looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years experience in theRetrofit Sector.
