Senior Retrofit Coordinator

The SeniorRetrofit Coordinator will have overall responsibility for projectmanaging the delivery of the PAS2035 process on client projects. Thisinvolves overseeing the retrofit process from start to finish, fromsurveying and measure modelling to risk assessment, design,installation and lodgement.The role requires ahigh level of experience and expertise in PAS2035 processes combinedwith a practical grounding in the built environment. It involvesregular interaction with clients, surveyors and installers, and mayrequire site visits. The senior retrofit coordinator may manageseveral projects simultaneously, and proactive reporting of progress,issues and actions is essential. An eye for detail and an aptitude forproblem solving are musts.Our Senior RetrofitCoordinator role takes responsibility for all aspects of complyingwith PAS2035 for internal projects as well as providing services toexternal clients.What we need from you:Experience as a retrofit coordinator5Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk ManagementQualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) with Level 3 Awardin Older and Traditional BuildingsLevel 3 Award in EnergyEfficiency for Older and Traditional BuildingsFull drivinglicenceDemonstrable experienceinteracting with clientsExperience of delivering a sizeableretrofit energy efficiency project to completionQualification specific to a relevantenergy efficiency measure e.g. NVQ2CWI, NVQ2 EWI, NVQ3 gasinstallationsMembership of a relevant professional body e.g.CIAT, CIOB, RICS, ARBTechnicalexperience required:Experience of SHDF and ideally LAD/HUG and/or ECO projectsLodgement of jobs in Trustmark datawarehouseExperience using industry software such as PASHub,ECO-SurvKnowledge of the energy efficiency and fuel povertysectorKnowledge of PAS2030 and PAS2035You will need tobe open to travelling within this role37.5h working week23 days annual leaveAgilityEco valuediversity and encourage people from all backgrounds and communities toapply, our teams individual life experiences are part of what makes usgreat and we commit to providing a safe and inclusive environment forall.
