Senior Retrofit Coordinator

SA Surveying are working in partnership with an Energy Consultancy who are looking to recruit a Senior Retrofit Coordinatoron a permanent basis, based in Sutton.
This fast-growing business works closely with major energy companies, network operators and localauthorities to provide solutions inenergy efficiency and fuel poverty programmes across the UK. The companyis currently carrying out Retrofit Coordination via the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund and are looking for a Senior Coordinator to manage client relationships and complete projects from inception to completion.
The built environment professionals responsible for facilitating, managing and delivering retrofit work to the PAS 2035 standard are Retrofit Coordinators and ensure compliance with the procurement, specification, and delivery of measures in all domestic retrofit projects, essentially guiding the decision-making process protecting the resident or homeowners interest from survey to handover. Our Senior Retrofit Coordinator role takes responsibility for all aspects of complying with PAS2035 for internal projects as well as providing services to external clients.
The role of a Senior Coordinator will involve leading projects from the front and liasing a lot more with Directorsand Asset Managers. They are responsible for making sure all projects are on track and running smoothly, finding solutions for their team when needed.
