Senior Retail Manager

Joining the TUI Retail Team as a Senior Retail Manager at our Poole shop, you’ll be responsible for one of our largest stores within the UK&I. You’ll support, develop and lead a large team to become high performing destination experts to recommend and sell holidays, Cruise, UK Breaks and additional products. You’ll put all customers at the heart of our business by creating unforgettable holiday experiences that make us the best-loved holiday company.

You’ll support and develop a large team to be productive, proactive, sales and customer focused driving sales and profit Instore whilst ensuring they are skilled and able to resolve customer queries and complaints, taking full responsibility and ownership of your team and results.
You’ll use customer feedback and insight to spot trends, challenge the way we work and find new ways to improve customer satisfaction and demonstrate innovation to grow our business.

Confident to balance accounts, comply with company policies and procedures and responsible for managing every aspect of your store
Flexibility to work variable shift patterns each week which include evenings & weekends in line with customer demand. Shift patterns are normally shared 4 weeks in advance
