The Client:

Our client is a well-established children's home, offering care and support to vulnerable youths aged 12 to 17.

The Role:

As a Senior Residential Childcare Worker, you will provide daily support to young individuals, meeting their physical, behavioural, and emotional needs.

The contract is for at least 150 hours within a 28-day period, with potential for additional hours.

Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and manage schedules effectively.
• Prioritise health and safety standards.
• Attend meetings and submit reports as required.
• Capable of handling on call duties when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previously worked as a Childcare Worker or in a similar role.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.
• Experience with 10-17-year-olds in residential settings.
• Exceptional presentation and report writing skills.
• Minimum age of 21 and a valid driving license.
