Role: Senior Care Worker

Salary: £31,150.08 per annum

Hours: Permanent, Full-Time (48 hours per week, 2 days on, 2 days off, flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the home. Sleep ins where required, paid additionally.)

Location: Hickling Pastures, nr Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire

Our next Senior Residential Support Worker will be someone who has: 

• Mandatory: Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or NVQ equivalent
• A big heart and passion to make a difference to the occupants’ lives.
• Patience, resilience, and calmness.

Some of your duties will include

• Chaperoning individuals to appointments and activities
• Completing relevant paperwork
• Household tasks
• Administering medication
• Leading, training and developing new and existing support workers within your team
• Helping the deputy manager to maintain a skilled and knowledgeable team

Little Acre is a five-bed registered accommodation, supporting individuals from the ages of 6 – 19 years and is dedicated to building incredible futures by giving the occupants opportunities, developing their life skills and personal interests.

We are based in Hickling Pastures and are within commuting distance of Nottingham and Loughborough.

Our residential homes are friendly and fun, and though there are challenges too, everything we do is dedicated to creating rewarding experiences – for those we look after and for everyone in our team!
