We're focused on opportunity and want to help you make the most of yours.Working Pattern - Working 8 hour shifts over 7 days equivalent to 40 hours per week. A full job description is available as a download on the right hand side of this page. What you will doAs one of the first points of contact with Dandara Living the highest level of customer service and professionalism is expectedSupporting the Assistant Manager/ Customer Experience Manage in the running of the Resident Services Team.Ensuring applicants provide all company and legally required paperwork including Right to Rent and KYC Identification prior to move inDeal with incoming and outgoing post and parcelsDealing with resident and guest enquiriesBooking and managing of resident amenity spacesConduct move- in appointments, inventories, and meter readingsCompiling of inventoriesCarry out mid term inspectionsCarry out move out inspectionsLogging maintenance issuesIssuing of keys on move in and key replacementsKeeping the resident amenity spaces tidy and presentableDealing with vehicle parking and keeping accurate recordsDeal with noise complaints and escalating where appropriateUpdating site wide communications / residents’ portal as requiredAssisting on open days and residential eventsCarry security walks as and when requiredCover another shift pattern with the team as and when requiredUpdating inventory feedback and actioning any point raisedWhat you will haveIndustry specific knowledgeKnowledge or background of residential lettings and property managementHolds a relevant industry related qualification and accreditation or would be willing to work towardsKnowledge of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme rulesAn understanding of the Right to Rent obligationsIT literateWhat we will offer you:Dandara is a market-leading developer in the living sector, delivering Build-to-Rent, Single Family Housing and Purpose-Built Student Accommodation.
