Key Responsibilities of the Senior Researcher will include:

• Conduct innovative research in the fields of wastewater treatment and anaerobic digestion.


• Supervise research projects aimed at improving reactors for these processes.


• Display proficiency in biological electrochemical systems, including microbial electrolysis cells and microbial fuel cells.


• Assess, implement, and integrate advanced technologies to optimize research outcomes.


• Promote high standards in research methodologies and project management.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to incorporate research advancements into practical applications.


• Facilitate large-scale testing to support commercial commissioning and optimization.


• Partner with industry stakeholders to boost research capabilities and contribute to the advancement of the field.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific field.


• PhD in a relevant scientific field.


• Strong interest in biological electrochemical systems and related technologies.


• Enthusiasm for hands-on experimentation and research activities.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


• Effective communication skills and eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic research team.
