Are you a seasoned researcher with a passion for property analysis?
We have an excellent opportunity for a Senior Researcher to join the team and play a pivotal role in a range of analytical work for clients. With additional experience and a demonstrated aptitude for business development, this may open up to an Associate Director level role.
The preferred candidate should have:
???? A proven track record in the execution of property research for clients, including market assessments, appraisals, and forecasts.
???? Excellent analytical skills, coupled with strong knowledge of the real estate market.
???? Robust interpersonal skills essential for client engagement and securing business development opportunities.
