Are you a passionate and skilled quantitative researcher looking to take the next step in your career? Harnham is working exclusively with a growing Research Agency, seeking a Senior Research Consultant.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Senior Research Consultant will:
Lead all aspects of the Research lifecycle, from inception to delivery, with support from senior partners. Manage research design, fieldwork, and analysis to ensure successful project completion.
Translate data into actionable insights, utilizing tools such as Q and PowerPoint to present findings in visually engaging tables and graphs.
Develop proposal writing skills and cultivate strong client relationships with guidance from senior partners. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Develop storytelling skills by uncovering compelling narratives within the data and effectively communicating them to clients in a way that inspires action.
Work closely with our in-house designer to produce unique and creative deliverables that go beyond traditional PowerPoint presentations.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Senior Research Consultant will ideally have the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on quantitative research experience, from design through to analysis
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead smaller projects independently and collaborate effectively with senior partners.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Q and presentation software like PowerPoint.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Eagerness to learn and develop skills in proposal writing, client management, and storytelling.
Self-motivated with a strong initiative to drive projects forward.
