If you're passionate aboutdeveloping your career, while helping others along the way, come jointhe Broadridge team.Key responsibilities:Responsible for a portfolio of regulations as product specialistThe go to person for answering any specific internal orexternal questions regarding a regulationReview andunderstand core legislation for specified regulationsAttendindustry working groups including trade bodies such as ISDA, ISLA,ICMA and trade repositories such as DTCC and othersSummarise key developments as they may impact our productdevelopment and/ or our clientsFeed into regular RegulatoryNewsletter or similar communications for responsible regulations anddeputise where needed for the Head of Regulatory Product in producingthe whole NewsletterProvide thought leadership articles andblogs as required to ensure that Broadridge is perceived as credibleand serious player in the market.Analyse regulations toproduce functional specifications for our base team and if relevantfor our clientsPerform field analysis on reportable fieldsusing regulatory documentation and or trade repository messagespecifications and validationsAnalyse and review existingconfigurations within the software to ensure they are complete andaccurate for each relevant regulationParticipate in clientworking groups as a regulatory expert, where relevant presenting and /or leading discussions on functional related issues or on regulatoryinterpretation.Assist base development team with thecreation of the user storiesParticipate in client orprospect meetings to support a sales process as an industry expert butalso a product expert including navigating the end user dashboard.Attendance at industry conferences where required includingrepresenting Broadridge on panels and/or standsWhererequired, maintain good working relationships with partners such astrade repositories, and market infrastructure.SkillsrequiredAbility to collaborate with other internal teamsincluding base development, client services and sales/ presales /business developmentProduct knowledge - particularly OTCderivatives but also other products such as SFTsAbility toanalyse significant quantities of regulationsAbility toproduce written documentation for both internal and external readersBusiness knowledge of underlying banking processes andpreferably regulatory operationsGood communication skillsSome technical knowledge and data awareness would be anadvantageProvide input into more generalproduct development and road map from both a regulatory perspectiveand also from an end user perspective.Provide product inputto QA process and where necessary assist with aspects of testingHelping, from a product perspective, to drive improvementsthroughout the whole TTR lifecycle including sales and presales,marketing, web site content, thought leadership, client onboarding,product and base development, testing and QA and base deployment.Participate in periodic client reviews to glean clientfeedback for product and ensure that clients are getting the best useout of the solution.Broadridge associateshelped us envision our Connected Workplace - a work model that allowsassociates around the globe, dependent upon their roleresponsibilities, take advantage of the benefits of both on-site andoff-site work to support our clients, one another, and the communitieswhere we live and work.
