Senior Registered Manager - Supported Transitional Service

Halcyon is proud to partner with a reputable and dynamic company that provides accommodation and support to young people aged 16 and above. The organisation also offers residential care for children aged 8-17 across the Midlands.

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Registered Manager to hold the Ofsted registration for our Supported Living Services across the West Midlands. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the two Service Managers and their respective teams within the 12 services. Your primary goal will be to ensure each service meets the necessary criteria to be registered with Ofsted.

• Oversee the two Service Managers and their teams in delivering high-quality care and support services.
• Ensure each service meets the required criteria to be registered with Ofsted.
• Maintain and enhance the quality of services, meeting the Ofsted Quality Standards.
• Evidence successful inspection ratings.
• Provide guidance and support to the service managers and their teams.

• Experience managing and supporting others, with a proven track record of success.
• Confident, fair leader with the ability to take control when needed.
• Excellent understanding of Ofsted regulations and requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

In return for your commitment, you will receive a competitive annual salary of between £50,000 and £55,000, dependent on experience. You will also have the opportunity to work with a highly experienced senior management team who will provide exceptional and ongoing support.
