Responsibilities
Who are you?
We are searching for a Senior Regional Sales Manager to join our dynamic and passionate team. The successful candidate will be a skilled sales professional who is dedicated to their craft and capable of working under limited supervision. Sitting within the New Business team, their primary responsibility will be to secure new logos and ARR, with Enterprise (5,000-25,000 employees) and Strategic sized businesses (25,000 plus employees).
In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
New Business Development
Establish a wide-reaching network of new logo opportunities.
Work independently to secure meetings with potential new clients - 30% inbound, 70% outbound.
Meet with the decision makers within Enterprise and Strategic sized organisations, spending approximately 70% of your time out of the office travelling to meetings and 30% in the office.
Hold consultative, non-transactional meetings (face to face (rule) and video conference (exception) with prospects across UKIMEA.
Truly understand prospect's needs to propose the most valuable and appropriate VP solution.
Represent VP at exhibitions and networking events, completing large audience presentations where required.
Manage a sales pipeline, progressing prospects from lead to close. Completing high quality proposals, RFP's and finalist meetings.
Strong focus on maintaining high conversion rates and thorough qualification of prospects.
Support the AM team with expansion opportunities with existing clients as needed.
Regularly and proactively seek 360-degree feedback from peers, clients and leadership to ensure excellence in role.
Host networking breakfasts and lunches with prospects to feed and nurture your network and your pipeline.
Build a strong in-market presence and brand. To be successful you need to be highly visible in the field.
Maintain an expert level knowledge of the Corporate Health & Wellbeing industry to enable consultative/collaborative and powerful relationships.
Leading projects to maximise performance.
General Administration / Operations
Commitment to accurate CRM usage and reporting. Salesforce preferable.
Role model a commitment to remaining completely up to date with all internal training, processes, and policies.
Weekly personal forecasting.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 x years commercial, client facing B2B consultative sales experience.
Minimum 5 x years SaaS/Industry experience.
Bachelor's degree qualified or equivalent.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Confident presentation capabilities.
Proven negotiation skills.
Experience of sales forecasting.
Good track record of delivering results and working towards sales targets.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Natural & confident communicating with clients at different levels within an organisation.
Proficient in the use of CRM, Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving license and use of own car.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from £50,000 to £60,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for [11%] target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
