We have a great track record and we know we can make a bigger impact by launching a HR Division. If you are a successful Recruitment Consultant with experience building a HR Temp or Perm desk, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Whilst this is a new division for us, we have an untapped HR network to support setting you up for success.

More about your day-to-day:
No two days will be the same.
You will:
·Generate roles to recruit for by meeting new clients, understanding their organisation and how we can support their current and future Recruitment needs.
·Maintain strong relationships with your existing portfolio of clients, to create a consistent job flow.
·Work creatively across multiple platforms to grow a game-changing candidate pipeline and place them in their ideal roles.
·Become a subject matter expert in the HR market. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and candidates, cross selling our products and services.
Hybrid is here to stay
We prefer a hybrid work model where we work from our Sale office on Monday to Wednesday and from home on Thursday and Friday. However, our office is open Monday to Friday if you need it.

Demonstratable experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant with business development skills are a must for this role.
