Senior Recruitment Consultant – (Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device)
2-3+ years of 360 Contract Agency recruiting experience
Basic salary, plus uncapped commission – our average OTE for Senior/Lead was £80-100k in 2023!

Medical Devices, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology companies across the world . Due to aggressive growth during 2022, Meet is looking to hire experienced recruiters who enjoy building out new business and developing relationships.

Responsibilities as a Meet recruiter:
Building and managing a solid network of relevant contacts within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry.
Consistently developing existing and new relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
Managing a full-cycle recruitment process from initial phone calls to completion/closing offers.
Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit.
Managing complexity, change, expectations, negotiations etc., within a business environment
Working within a team to deliver on both team and individual targets
Effectively demonstrating company best practices and promoting brand awareness
Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
Autonomously prioritise own workload, both in terms of personal billing and mentoring.
Supports Division Manager through training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.
What are we looking for from our Senior/Lead recruiters?
Consistently hitting individual deal targets, be that monthly, quarterly or annually.
You have successfully worked as a 360 recruiter in an agency and enjoy mentoring colleagues OR being an individual contributor.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in matching candidates/clients.
Maintain high levels of motivation to achieve development goals – individual and while mentoring.
Proven success working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be resilient and proactive in addressing new challenges on a regular basis
Ability to be a team player and work autonomously
Someone who appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results across the business unit
