Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Birmingham
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various job positions as well as undertaking prospecting and sales through both F2F meetings and phone calls. You will play a crucial role in building relationships with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth recruitment process from start to finish.
Ideally with experience within the Commercial or Manufacturing Sectors we are seeking a self-motivator to continue the growth of our existing accounts as well as seeking new business.
Responsibilities:
Utilise social media platforms and job boards to attract and engage potential candidates
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Utilise internal CRM and systems to manage pipelines of both candidate sourcing and client prospects.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the hiring process
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes Experience:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in the Human Resources field. Strong candidates from a sales background would also be considered.
Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, including lead generation, candidate sourcing, and assessment methods.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders including calculation of hourly pay / charge rates.
Experience in relationship management and client engagement
Proficiency in using CRM software is advantageous.
