As a successful Senior Recruitment Consultant your job will encompass the following duties:

  • Ensuring daily KPI's are met.
  • Creating lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Build and grow your desk aligned with targets set with your manager.
  • Go in pursuit of and explore new opportunities.
  • Negotiate rates with clients to achieve the best margin for your desk.

To be considered for this Senior Recruitment Consultant position you must have the following skills and attributes:

  • Good presentation experience
  • Capable of exceeding targets
