The Opportunity

Based at London Bridge and in the office Tues-Thurs
Specialising in Marketing, Sales, and Product recruitment
Clients range leading AdTech companies, network media agencies, independents and numerous start-up/scale-up consumer brands
A highly experienced and high-performing team
Monthly in-person training sessions by an external trainer
Founders actively involved in coaching and development
In-house Marketing Manager
Diverse talent solutions including Executive Search, Embedded, Freelance, and Contingent
Up to 45% commission, with monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses for recruiters
Regular social events ranging lunches, dinners, drinks
Quarterly Big Biller Events for hitting target

The Role
Create and implement a business plan to grow your desk
Become a highly valued member of the Commercial division
Develop relationships with existing technology companies including AdTech and MarTech businesses and Media Owners
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering strategic insights and innovative solutions to enhance their talent acquisition strategies
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic business development, contributing to the expansion of Pivotal’s client portfolio
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans for the agency's sales recruitment division
Keep up to day with industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to inform strategic decision-making
Work with marketing to develop your personal brand and Pivotal’s AdTech and Media owner brand; supporting on initiatives to build, nurture, and grow clients and candidates, driving engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn
Generate regular reports to provide insights into recruitment activities, successes, and areas for improvement
Your Experience
Proven Recruitment Agency success with a strong billing record.
3+ years agency recruitment experience.
Media / Marketing recruitment experience.
Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
Track record of successfully winning and or/nurturing and growing new client relationships.
A consultative influencer and negotiator with an articulate approach.
Expertise in recruitment strategies, staying well-versed in market trends, and adhering to industry best practices.
Outstanding abilities in communication, negotiation, and interpersonal interactions.
Structured and organised approach, with a commitment to consistently improving the company's recruitment processes.
