The Opportunity
To continue our regional strategic growth plans, were seeking a talented individual to join us as Recruitment Consultant at our well-established operation in Poole.
Key elements of the role will include:
Meet and exceed the expectations of clients with their recruitment needs.
Provide account management services and solutions.
Manage and develop outstanding client and candidate relationships.
Actively participate in new business development activities
Undertake effective candidate sourcing, helping drive candidate attraction and engagement.
Contribute to wider business projects, including the review and implementation of AI and technology to enhance existing recruitment processes.
