We're excited to announce two exceptional opportunities for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our successful and growing team in the heart of Birmingham!
Roles: 2 x Recruitment Consultants - Permanent Desks
Location: Birmingham (with blended home working and office working)
Salary: £35,000 to £45,000 OTE per annum (DOE and including uncapped commission)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 per week
Contract: Full Time Permanent
Position 1: SaaS Sales Specialist
Partner with a market expert boasting a decade of experience in SaaS Sales recruitment. Birmingham sales is a high performing business and has been enjoying continued success in the SaaS markets across Birmingham and the Midlands, now the team is looking to further their reach to London and the South.
Position 2: HR Recruitment Expert

Your Role Will Involve:
Strategic business development - B2B phone sales & written sales and networking
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Sourcing suitable candidates via different methods including LinkedIn Recruiter
Working to KPIs and Targets
What We’re Looking For:
An experienced B2B sales or recruitment specialist with a proven track-record of winning new business
A driven individual with a passion for recruitment and business development.
Excellent communication and networking skills.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
