We are hiring for experienced Recruitment Consultants to join our London office here at Finatal. We have doubled our headcount year on year and are actively hiring for a number of roles across our teams, in line with our already impressive, but continued growth plans. This has seen us recently open our newest office in New York, with additional international expansion planned – and you could be part of it! As an experienced Consultant, you’ll be the entrepreneur of your own desk and be accountable for your business and impact – we will enable you to have a truly fast-track career with us and opportunity to progress.
What you’ll be doing:
Owning a full 360 role and all end-to-end processes, becoming an expert and credible in your market
Business develop daily through various mediums including calls, emails and speculative approaches
Meeting clients and candidates regularly, building and maintaining relationships
Continually developing your business and market knowledge
Building and developing your own personal network of clients, through LinkedIn market mapping, send outs & cold calls
Identifying, exploring and developing new business opportunities and pursuing leads
Pitching formally for new business and negotiating rates
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a number of mandates, taking ownership and responsibility
Sourcing candidates at all levels within your specified discipline through advertising, networking, headhunting and candidate referrals
Interviewing, registering and briefing candidates on job opportunities, as well as managing the interview process and offers
What we’re looking for:
A minimum of 2 years' previous recruitment experience - we are open on the industry you have worked in, however finance/accounting is highly desirable
You’ll be eager to learn and immerse yourself in the industry
Results driven attitude with proven success in billings and working to KPIS
Bachelor's degree highly preferred however not essential
Accountability – push yourself and your development and always strive to be better
