Job DescriptionAre you a Senior Perm Tech Recruiter, specialising in data or cloud?We are working with a client based in Manchester who specialise in recruitment across tech, digital, Government and defence, engineering and the energy markets.The founders of the business have adapted and grown the company over the 10+ year’s they’ve been around and now stand at a headcount of over 300 across the group, and in the Fast50 too.You’ll have at least 2 years experience in a 360 role, with a great billing record and be a natural at business development, with multiple examples of bringing greats clients on board and of course, providing them with high calibre candidates.You’ll be given full autonomy in the way you work here, as well as having a very clear and well set out career development path too, with a lot of the senior managers having worked their way up through the company.They have an amazing training scheme, which doesn’t start and stop after your first week in the business, and their training programme has even won awards too, so its not just me saying this!This is an exciting time to join the business as you’ll be one of the first people on the ground in their brand new Manchester office.From a financial perspective you’ll receive a base salary of between £30,000 – £50,000 DOE, and a commission scheme up to 30%, with no threshold (paid monthly).There are loads of other benefits here, including holiday incentives, lunch / breakfast clubs, birthday’s off, extensive learning material, flexible working and loads of discounts too, to name a few …We appreciate this is a tiny snapshot of what you would do, so If you are interested and want to know more, call me, send me a message (Joshua Withers on LinkedIn), DM, or whatever is easiest.
