Job descriptionSaffron Vantage are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly expanding team in our brand new office in Cambridge.We are looking for a SeniorRecruitment Consultant with a track record of billings in any industry.You must have knowledge and experience in your sector.The Role:
* Managing the process from interview to placement
* Account / Client management
* Proactively conducting warm / cold sales to generate business
* Contract negotiating
* Collating timesheets
* Basic admin dutiesStarting salary: £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience) with a generous commission structure. Proof of billings to be required regardless of role.OTE (On Target Earnings)
