Senior Recruitment Consultant

A well-established business that has over 30 offices throughout the UK and has recently been nominated as the Best Company to work for at the 2023 REC Awards is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager to join the Epping office team, working on fast-paced temporary placements within the transport and industrial sectors.
Along with a salary of £35,000 per annum, you will also receive an uncapped commission scheme.
The successful Senior Recruitment Consultant/Branch Manager will be predominantly servicing temporary placements, being actively involved in:
Candidate Recruitment (monitoring staffing levels and ensuring the branch is regularly, advertising, and recruiting temps across the board to meet customer demands)
Business Development (win new clients via tele & in-person sales, grow existing accounts via cross and up-selling, etc)
Operational elements that involve matching Candidates with Client vacancies / requirements (take booking requests, brief candidates, manage bookings & deal with any escalations/issues reported by Candidates / Clients)
Managing two consultants (day-to-day supervision, inspiring / mentoring and monitoring consultants to meet their respective targets / responsibilities)
