We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant who is looking to move up to a Senior role.

The role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to work closely with a successful delivery team for contract recruitment. You will be involved with developing existing clients with a view to increasing a portfolio of contract vacancies. You will be working with the team on shortlisting candidates, organising interviews and negotiating starts.
About you
Ideally you will be an existing Recruitment Consultant who is looking for an opportunity to grow your career quickly by demonstrating the desire to help drive your team forwards. You will be confident and capable and determined to earn excellent commission and bonuses through your hard work.

You will be paid a good basic salary (negotiable, depending upon your expectations) and will have an OTE designed specifically to yourself. You will also benefit from a bonus structure, incentive schemes and a personal career progression plan, as well as may other company benefits including:
