We are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our existing permanent team.

The role

We are looking for a Recruitment Copnsultant or Senior Recruiter to be involved with permanent recruitment for existing clients with a view to filling more of our portfolio of open vacancies. You will be sourcing new candidates and consulting with clients on producing shortlists of high quality candidates, as well as organising interviews and negotiating starts. You will also be involved in analysis of your performance and capitalising on the best methodolgy for creating revenue.
About you
Ideally you will be a Recruitment Consultant with at least 1 years experience who is looking for an opportunity to grow your career quickly by demonstrating your desire to become an expert in your field and to exceed your targets. You will be confident and capable and determined to earn excellent commission and bonuses through your hard work.

You will be paid a good basic salary (negotiable) and will have an OTE individually tailored to your expectations. By demonstrating your potential you will also benefit from both team and individual incentive schemes.
