Senior Recruitment Consultant

Join our #OneBlueFamily at our well-established Newbury branch as a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow a desk that supplies temporary staff to our clients in the West Berkshire remit.

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow we embrace hybrid working and offer our people the flexibility to work in the Newbury office and from home for a proportion of your week. We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to relax .

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant, Senior or Executive Consultant include;

• Proactively developing new and existing business by identifying and establishing client relationships
• Business to business outbound sales call and marketing activities working to targets
• Travelling to visit clients for meetings in the Oxfordshire area
• Sourcing and recruiting temporary catering and industrial staff
• Building relationships with your clients and candidates
• Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
