: Careerlink is currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Corporate Industrial /division, based in our Walsall office. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key corporate accounts, ensuring service quality, and providing support to the Corporate Director. Additionally, you will handle resourcing and role selection across various sectors, conduct interviews, troubleshoot real-time service issues, and maintain payroll and finance processing. This role also involves working closely with Works Managers and directors, preparing reports, conducting client visits, and organizing temporary on-site surgeries.

To excel in this position, we require candidates with experience in Account Management or recruitment on an Industrial plan. It would be advantageous to have prior experience in client-facing roles. Possessing a full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work within deadlines, and exceptional customer service and account management abilities. Strong personal and relationship-building skills are also highly valued.

Responsibilities:

  1. Client and Account Management:
  • Build and nurture relationships with your accounts.
  • To grow your accounts through service and warm sales by finding new business in different departments or different sites. To make sure, Careerlink are the number one agency supplier.
  • To understand the figures behind your accounts and how you can grow your accounts to their full potential.
  • Understanding of how bonus works within your accounts.
  • Understand staffing needs and provide recruitment solutions.
  • Be the point of contact for any recruitment requirements or issues.
  • To deliver KPI reports and present to clients in monthly / quarterly meetings.
  • To manage temporary staff daily with absences, performance issues (to carry out on site temporary surgeries)
  • To run multiple accounts of up to 150 staff at one time.
  1. Internal Management of staff:
  • You will be responsible for managing your resourcer making sure they have daily tasks and filling bookings for your clients.
  • Responsible for coaching your resourcer to have knowledge of each client's requirements.
  • Checking candidates who have been interviewed and registered are of the correct calibre and compliance is 100% correct.
  1. Recruitment and Interviewing:
  • You will be required to manage the recruitment process from advertisement and social media campaigns.
  • Interviewing and CV searching of candidates to help your resourcer at busy periods.
  • Onboarding of candidates from time to time and auditing of your resourcer.
  • Building rapports with temporary staff, making sure they are being dealt with professionally and being communicated to in the right manner.
  • To carry out disciplinaries of temporary staff
  1. Communication:
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients through regular phone calls and client visits.
  • Providing clients regular communication on your recruitment process.
  • Liaising with your clients to make sure service levels are where they should be.
  1. Data Analysis
  • record KPI information daily.
  • manage sickness and absence triggers to client expectations.
  • manage temporary workers holiday entitlements for clients.
  • Keep Joined up to date with shift allocation and workers notes.
  1. IT Implementation
  • To work closely with senior management to implement joined up into clients.
  • To maintain and audit the Joined-up system daily for your clients.
  • Carry out training of the system to clients and temporary staff on clients' sites.
  1. On call Phone
  • You will be required to be on call 1 week and weekend once every 8 weeks.
  • You will be required to work on the weekend of being on call, possibly up to eight hours per day.
  • You will receive £177 for being on call and £250 at peak times from the end of November and the month of December.
  1. Working closely with the sales team
  • To liaise with the sales team if potential new business is identified within your client I.E Contacts have moved on to the new companies, new UK sites opening.
  • Passing on any sales leads which you have from reference checking or from temporary workers you have spoken too.
  • Potential visits with the sales team to understand the business from an operational perspective.
