The Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant in London, you'll be:
and developing new business
AVA Energy services to potential clients
sourcing via job boards
screening by phone, video, or in-person
set targets and working to deadlines on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
About you
3 years’ experience and success in recruitment
Track billing record in and knowledge of the Energy sector
Natural mentor and leader
Communication and people skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships and target driven
