- Maintain and grow relationships by means of face to face meeting and telephone contact
- Resource and interview candidates
- To identify and win new business
- To develop and manage your desk to maximise its profitability

- Proven track record in providing Recruitment solutions within IT
- Able to demonstrate resilience
- Ability to multi task in this very busy environment - Target driven with a natural flare for developing relationships within a sales environment
- Demonstrate a hunger to succeed
- Ability to mentor junior members of the team
