Senior Recruitment Consultant in Renewable Energy

Job Description
Connecting Experts are looking for a well experienced and proven-successful recruitment consultant within the Renewable Energy space, to bring their knowledge and expertise to the team.
This role gives opportunity to lead your own Renewable Energy sector within CleanTech, which is integral to our growth at Connecting Experts. This role be working directly alongside our Global Head of CleanTech on building and supporting the growth of our Renewable Energy Team.
What will you do:
Responsible for business development in Renewable Energy
Lead executive search projects across the globe
Business trips/ customers meetings
Mentor, coach & develop Delivery Consultants, Junior Consultants, etc.
Push for Top-Biller status
What we are looking for:
Market: Renewable Energy
Proven track record of billings
Business Development background within recruitment at International Customers (Germany, France, USA, etc.)
Aspirations to become a Leader within Connecting Experts
Entrepreneurial Mindset to work within our entrepreneurial culture
Preferably leadership skills
