Responsibilities
Full 360 degree recruitment role
Actively source and qualify candidates through all available channels
Maintaining strong relationships in the market
Working to improve recruitment efficiency for the client's processes
Qualifications
At least 3 years of AGENCY recruitment experience in the UK including average billing figures and KPI management details
Experience in HR recruitment essential
Quota or goal oriented
Able to meet strict deadlines Independently motivated
Have current, non-expiring, work rights for the UK
