This is an exciting role for the right individual who is motivated and hungry to succeedWe are looking for either a expereinced Branch Manager or Senior Consultant who is looking for their next challenge and chapter in their career.You will be tasked with opening a new branch based in Warrington, so some knowledge of the Warrington market would be useful. As this is a blank canvas you will be able to put your stamp on it. . Ideally, you will be an experienced 360 Driving, Industrial Recruitment or commercial Consultant or Branch Manage looking for your next move.Duties include:-
* Recruiting your own team of Consultants
* Building and maintaining healthy and profitable desks
* Leading Buiness Development from the front
* Reporting into Head Office
* Ensuring the clients are dealt with in a professional and compliant manner
* A good understanding of recruitmnet and staffing legislation
* Growing the branch and ensuring client needs are attended to
