Senior Recruitment Consultant – Engineering and Facilities Mgmt Recruitment Salary range £30,000 - £40,000 + Uncapped Commission - OTE £65,000++ PRS Recruitment Services are market leaders in recruiting into multiple specialisms. In this role you will be a part of our London recruitment team. We have an entrepreneurial spirit where you will have the chance to build your own recruitment business within a business. This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 18 months, or more experience, who wants to join a consultative and high performing company where you will get the support and development to excel your recruitment career. This is a warm area of our business, we are looking to extend/expand, so need an additional 360 consultant to take over part of the desk and develop off the success and make their own. The Role: You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, taking accountability for the right outcomes. This includes:
- Candidate identification and interviews
- Advising and feeding back to candidates
- Attending client meetings
- New business development
- Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these
- Lead generation through relationship building
- Communicating with clarity, conviction and enthusiasm, supporting principles of fairness of opportunity for What we are looking for: This is an opportunity for an experience recruitment consultant with 18 months or more experience recruiting into white collar/Mgmt position. The ideal person will:
- Have experience in communicating with people in a professional setting
- Ideally you will have 18 months or more of Engineering or/and Facilities Management recruitment experience
- Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment
