Job Description3-6 month contract role with potential to convert to perm.MissionAlysian is a fast-growing digital transformation consultancy start-up that specialises in serving the PE sector.We have already grown profitably to 70+ employees in just 2 years and are on track to double our client service in terms of number of employees, revenue, and profitability in 2024.We are looking for a highly driven individual to join the recruiting function and help us achieve this growth. This includes sourcing and hiring A-players in PE /Tech /Advisory space.Key outcomeLead recruiting execution to support business growth and hire M&A Technology Consultants across mid-level (e.g., senior manager, manager, senior consultant) roles.Experience and pedigreeMin. 5 years of progressive management consulting M&A Tech recruiting experience from a Big-4 consultancy, or similar e.g., A&M, or PE or staffing agenciesTalent sourcing – brings own network and pipeline from the PE/Tech/Consulting sector and develops pipeline as an expert user of Linkedin Recruiter, and effectively manage other channels e.g., agencies, job-posts, alum sites, referralsTechnical knowledge on hiring profiles for PE in complex, large-scale IT transformations e.g. IT carve-outs, ERP/ program management; large-scale Tech implementationsHustle - experience working in fast pace, high growth or start-up environments to have a laser focus on getting things done AND be comfortable with ambiguity and building processes / structures on the flyResilience & adaptability to work across multiple roles across geographies concurrentlyStrong top-down communication skills to effectively work with Partners
